Grinding Hammer Mill is specially designed for the production of various materials like spices, light mineral, alfalfa, mullein, asphalt, gelatin, roots etc. The pulverizer is supplied as a self-contained unit as shown in the view. The main shaft is supported on ball bearings and carries the rotors disc on witch are pivoted the steel Hammers. The main casing is of a special MS Iron. The special alloy steel hammers are made reversible so that they can be turned round when the leading face is worn out. Thus securing maximum life from hammers.

Complete Grinding Unit combine three perforated screens.

Finished Product- Depends on the size of the screen.

The fan attached to the machine shaft removes the finished product from the Grinding Chamber and automatically delivers this into the Collector.

Bearings brackets are fitted Dust-proof.

Purpose :- Our hammer mill is excellent for preliminary size reduction for fine grinding of soft to medium – hard materials.
Friable Materials :- Coarse and fine grinding with standard mill for fariable material in a single unit.
This includes Coal, Zinc Oxide, Plaster of Paris, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals etc.

Granulation :- Low speed and hammer combination to faciliate.

Grinding & Blending :- Material of close density granulation can be pre-compounded and ground dual grinding & blending.
Mill Selection :- "BHM" hammer mill is found more economical for general al1round work. Basic grinding unit is built for continuous production depending on necessity. You can select one of the combinations listed in catalogue performance of the mill to its total efficiency depends largely on 'faciliates' provided to mill such as per mounting feed material discharge control and removed of ground material.

Motor HP output capacities and fineness will depend upon physical properties of feed stock.
